Show Notes:

In this episode, Julie sits down with Anthony from Living Book Press to discuss living books. They begin by describing what a living book is. Some points they address include the value fictional stories and fables have in education, ways that living books contribute to the overall education of your children, if you as the teacher need to pre-read all of what your child reads, some examples of what to do if you or your children do not like a book you’re reading, what twaddle is, and if there is ever a place for twaddle. Anthony also includes some wonderful advice to Charlotte Mason homeschooling parents and several book suggestions of some of his favorite living books.
